Hasil Timber, Company
Hasil Timber has been manufacturing timber products since 1950. In the humble beginning, Hasil Timber started as just a small Purwokerto millwork plant with 10 employees. Purwokerto is a small town located in Central Java, Indonesia. We established a strong foundation based on high quality timber products, precision cutting and customer satisfaction. During those early days, we were known as Hasil. Most of the products were made from the famous teak specie.
In 1985, Hasil opened a bigger manufacturing plant called Hasil Saw Mill in Cilacap, Central Java, Indonesia. Just minutes away from the sea port, the log materials were sent by huge ships from all over Indonesia. With new technology machineries and kiln drying chambers, Hasil Saw Mill were able to established a name as a comprehensive source for timber products, including solid teak doors, timber floorings, hand rails, deckings, garden tiles, door jambs, sills, architraves, mouldings and building construction materials.
In 1996, Hasil Saw Mill invested in fingerjoint machinery and laminated boards lines to suit the market demands for stronger timber products and engineered timber products. In addition to bangkirai, meranti, merbau, teak and pine, we began to promote the magic timber albizia facaltaria. Our export destinations include USA, Canada, Scotland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Germany, Australia, Greece, and Holland.
Since then, the latest engineered doors have been the focus of our production line. These feature stunning sliced fancy veneers such as teak, mahogany, pacific white ash, rosewood and other exotic timber. From contemporary designs to any naturally timeless classic designs, the doors can be stained, or painted to make them the perfect choice.
The manufacturing facility in Purwokerto now occupies 10 000 m2 and the manufacturing facility in Cilacap now occupies 40 000 m2. With 23 kiln dry chambers total, we can dry 1300 m3 of timber at one cycle. Our experienced joinery craftsmen, together with selected seasoned lumber and state of the art technology machineries, enable us to plan thoughtfully and manufacture any type of timber doors with pride.
In the past, we have received many awards and in 2007, we were nominated for the Indonesian Export Award and we were awarded as Central Java's Achiever Of The Year.
Our name Hasil Timber is a reflection of the premium quality and the craftsmanship of the products for which we have become respected for more than 50 years.
